Tour times are approximate and may vary depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen events. Prices, aircraft model and tour itineraries are subject to change without notice. Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required; no-shows at the time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. Sundance reserves the right to upgrade passengers onto alternative aircraft and tours for operational reasons. Adult passengers (18 and older) are required to provide government issued identification and children under the age of 2 are required to have proof of age (passport or birth certificate).
Guests weighing over 275 pounds (A-Star) or 300 pounds (EC-130) may be charged an additional comfort seat. All passengers will be required to have their body weights verified during our check-in procedure. While we do make every reasonable attempt to seat passengers from the same reservation together, for safety reasons and due to the weight sensitivity of our aircrafts, passengers who exceed the maximum or do not meet the necessary weight and balance of an aircraft, or passengers who do not disclose accurate weights, may be flown separately from their party on a different aircraft.
