Quality Inspector
This position report to the Quality Manager in the Maintenance Department. Responsible for ensuring the process used by the AMT are within the requirements of approved company and FAA requirements.Execute required checklists and paperwork for incoming inspections..
Determine if any specific operation or maintenance function has approved technical data, adequate resources, and tools to accomplish the maintenance.
Utilize current technical data required for conducting inspections within the maintenance facility. The data will include but not be limited to manufacturer’s maintenance and overhaul manuals, service bulletins, parts specifications, ICA, related FAA approved data and other technical data. Perform hidden damage inspections if the aircraft discrepancies were caused by incursion or environmental factors.
Perform final inspection of maintenance functions as required per GMM. Complete all forms as required during a maintenance function and are reviewed and organized appropriately.
Ensure all part racks, or holding areas designated to domicile aircraft articles are properly identified. Ensure serviceable and unserviceable parts are segregated from one another. Ensures that devices and special tools that require calibration are within the limits of expiration and bear an identification tag to that effect. Execute the administration of Major Repair and Alteration (Airframe, Powerplant or Appliance), FAA Forms 337. Maintain currency with industry standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements. When returning an aircraft to service, ensures that it is completed in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual policies and procedures as well as regulations contained in 14 CFR. Parts Clerk
The Parts Clerk for Logistics reports directly to the Logistics Manager. This position will distribute and inventory including parts, equipment and other materials used by our maintenance department. Will make pick-ups of part from vendors; receive parts from distributors and clear vehicles as required by the TSA. Demonstrates continuous effort to provide quality service to the maintenance department. Will hand out parts to mechanics as requested. Track and maintain parts logs as materials are used by the Maintenance Department. Keeps clean shop, cage and supply areas to insure a safe and accessible working environment. Logistics Manager
This position reports to the CFO and will be responsible the overall operations and management for the Logistics Department and its staff. Required to procure aircraft parts and aircraft related materials and services. Will maintain The Materials Program and its quality, process and all procedures governing this program. Will manage inventory for maximum efficiency and all related financial reporting. Ensure products are stored per manufactures specifications and marked where applicable with required expiration dates. Need to check and purge expired inventory monthly, while ensuring adequate supply of parts and materials to support maintenance function and flow. Will be networking and negotiating with suppliers to ensure best pricing. Mange the execution of strategic logistic initiatives designed to reduce lead-time, lower on-hand inventory requirements, minimize costs and provide agile and responsive distribution of parts and materials to the maintenance department. Will be required to assist Director of Maintenance with annual inventory budget. This position requires 10 years relevant experience preferably with a college degree. Management experience required with proven leadership and staff development experience a must. Demonstrated business planning, financial analysis and project management skills. Working knowledge and experience in aviation preferable with helicopters. Organizational and project management skills with excellent interpersonal, communication, change management and presentation skills. Ability to resolve customer complaints and or problems along with ability to restore and maintain business flow. Must have strong project management and prioritizing skills with the ability to respond to information requests, produce clear and timely reports and leverage organizational resources professionally. Please have outstanding computer skills and working knowledge of Quantum and Mas 90/200 with cost accounting and budget procedures and processes experience. Helicopter Mechanic
This position reports to the Lead Mechanic and is responsible for maintaining company fleet of Eurocopter AS350B2/BA and EC130B4 aircraft. Mechanic will perform all types of daily duties; scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on company fleet including; troubleshooting of airframe, engine and electrical systems; replacing engines, transmissions and other components as necessary. Required to work as a member of a professional team.
Need to have strong knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools, calibrated tools, specialized tooling and test equipment. Must be able to properly use manufacturer’s manuals as required and to make proper log entries as required by FAR.
Must have valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate with no enforcement action. 3 years within past 6 years maintaining aircraft as a certificated mechanic required, with experience maintaining Eurocopter AS350B2/BA and EC130B4. Successful experience working independently with great time management and the ability to meet deadlines a necessity. This position requires a high level of mental alertness and decision making capability to ensure continued airworthiness and safety of aircraft for our pilots and our passengers.
Mechanics must be in good physical condition able to work long hours under various types of conditions, able to lift/carry 70-100 pounds repeatedly, stand for long periods of time, climb, walk, fit in tight spaces and be able to fly on-board company aircraft.
